 Our mission, and the number one purpose of 'Cooking on the Bank', is to provide people with the skillset to produce healthy, nutritionally balanced, food whilst fishing on the banks of our beloved lakes, surviving off the land or at any other time when we might be enjoying the raw outdoors- sedate or extreme.

A culmination of the talents of Masterchef of Great Britain (and creator of the amazing Carp Balls bait system) Scott Ratcliffe, Dom Morgan of thebigfish.tv,Tackle giant Wychwood and media sponsorship from the Anglers Mail, 'Cooking on the Bank' offers interactive educational demonstrations and the chance to win some great cooksets and much more courtesy of Wychwood and our other core sponsors through innovative video challenges. 
 
Focussing on all genres of wilderness cooking: from bushcraft to hunting and trapping to extreme condition survival methods 'COTB' encompasses all aspects of living from the land and aims to promote this in an educational and thoroughly enlightening way.
